Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj has found himself amid an unwanted controversy once again. He has been linked to actress Mahira Sharma and speculations about the two dating each other are on.
Siraj is having a tough time as an international cricketer in recent times. He did not gave a good series against Australia. Post that, he was also not included in the white-ball teams for the England series and was also snubbed from India's Champions Trophy squad.
His picture with Asha Bhosle's granddaughter recently went viral on social media. He was present on the former's birthday bash where several other cricketers were invited as well. Post that, he has found himself in another link-up, this time with actress Mahira Sharma.

Earlier reports hinted that Bigg Boss contestant Mahira Sharma is in a relationship with cricketer Mohammed Siraj. Now, her mother has spoken out about the rumors and decided to share her thoughts on the matter.
She dismissed them, stating that people were making baseless claims about her daughter’s personal life after she gained fame.
She mentioned, "Yeh kya bol rahe hai aap. Aisa kuch bhi nahi hai. Log toh kuch bhi bolte hai. Abhi meri beti celebrity hai toh log apna muh kholke kisi se bhi uska naam jod denge, toh hum kya usse maan le. Yeh khabar puri tarah se jhooth hai" she said to Telly Talk.

Who is Mahira Sharma?
Mahira hails from Jammu & Kashmir. She is now based in Mumbai as she is working in several music videos and reality shows as well. Recently she appeared in Big Boss 13. She has also appeared in several popular Punjabi music videos as well. She was born on  25 November 1997. She has also worked in shows like Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma, Yaaro Ka Tashan, MTV Date To Remember, etc.
Speaking about Mohammed Siraj, he made his T20I debut in 2017, his ODI debut in 2019 and his Test debut in 2020. So far, he has picked up 100 Test wickets, 71 ODI Wickets and 14 T20I wickets. He picked 16 wickets in the recent Test series against Australia. Though the pacer is not in India's original Champions Trophy squad, the BCCI can rope him in if Jasprit Bumrah does not get fit in time for the tournament.
