Pakistan will return the favour to their rivals Bangladesh as they are set to tour Bangladesh for a 3-match T20I series in July 2025.

The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced this new T20I series, which will begin on July 20th in Dhaka. This series will mark another milestone in the rivalry, with all matches hosted at Dhaka Stadium, starting at 6 PM IST.

"Pakistan men's team will travel to Bangladesh next month to take part in a three-match bilateral T20I series, the Bangladesh Cricket Board confirmed today," PCB said in a statement.

Pakistan Arrives in Dhaka on July 16

The Pakistan team is expected to arrive in Dhaka a few days early, on July 16th, giving them an extra day of training before the first T20I. Notably, Bangladesh recently toured Pakistan for a 3-match T20I series where Pakistan won 3-0. This upcoming series will be a gesture of returning the favour to Bangladesh, who visited Pakistan shortly after the ceasefire. It will also serve as preparation for the Asia Cup T20 and the T20 World Cup in 2026.

Bangladesh, which has been touring since early 2025, will finally host a T20I series at home, especially at Dhaka where many cricket fans gather to enjoy the matches. The home team will be looking to come back stronger after their recent defeat to Pakistan. Meanwhile, Pakistan aims to continue their winning momentum under the new leadership of Mike Hesson.
